This is frustrating, because the scenes are much more immersive with the UI hidden (especially the text instructions on the side), but you can't determine pleasure level or end the scene without the UI, so you have to mouse over the reveal button and then go to the end button when you want to finish. If you are going to stick with this weird point-and-click interface (personally, I would not, as it feels very jarring and awkward compared to the rest of the game-why can't you just use WASD to move and E to interact like on everything else?), you need to add some camera controls so that the player doesn't get stuck at the edge of a screen struggling to figure out how to click in order to move just to get a camera angle where they can see what's going on.Ģ. The lack of camera control in the 'pirate world' is really frustrating. I have a lot of things I could suggest, but these are what I considered most urgent (1 and 4 involve spoilers, especially 1):ġ. I'm looking forward to future improvements. The game has a lot of potential, but it seems to suffer from its own ambition, as there's a lot of stuff but much of it seems unpolished. There is no big disadvantage in buying here, you can even add the game to the Steam library manually if you want to start it via Steam. So honestly, they deserve the money much more. Also Steam takes a whopping 30% of all sales, itch just takes 10% for doing the same things. but I am powerless.īut on a positive note, Itch is much nicer to developers than Steam is. It is really sad, I had multiple nightmares because of it. We are still trying to get on Steam but we don't know if they will ever allow the game on steam. I know it sounds very silly but sadly that is how big companies like this work, happened to many other adult games. they give no second chances no matter if the reviewer's judgment was right or wrong, and even if you change things they don't even look at your game again. If you want an adult game on Steam you are basically playing russian roulette and hope you get a nice reviewer/tester, we didn't. We want it on Steam but Steam (or rather said a Steam employee) did not accept it due to the adult nature of the game.
